Sponsorship

Sponsors may be eligible for vendor tables as part of their agreement. Please email us to learn more about being a sponsor.

Vendor Selection

Prospective vendors must submit their application by February 1st 2026. We will notify successful applicants by February 15th 2026. 

Vendors will be selected according to variety and relevance to the conference.

Policies and Code of Conduct

Prospective vendors are expected to read and familiarize themselves with our policies and the Code of Conduct. Please note our AI Policy, as it will be especially relevant to our vendor selection process.

Independent Authors and Publishers

Trident Booksellers & Cafe will be hosting an Indie Pop-up throughout the conference, both in the vendor hall and in the Trident Cafe at 1256 Hollis St.

This will be a full “bookstore” for Indies ONLY, and can include your merch. Participating authors will also be invited to have signings in the Pop-Up.

Indie publishers & authors are STRONGLY encouraged to submit their books for display and sale in the Indie Pop-Up instead of booking a full table as a vendor. There is no vendor fee to participate in the Pop-Up, though Trident will be asking for a very small consignment cut to help cover processing costs.

Indie authors with wider businesses are welcome to apply as full vendors, but note that applications will largely be evaluated on the non-book side of your business.
